The yummiest Halloween cookie EVER!!! If you are having a birthday party, baby shower or any kind of party for that matter, you have to go to Dippidee in American Fork and get Marcee's cookies and cupcakes!!! So worth the drive and the cookies and cupcakes are to die for! Tell Marcee I sent you! :)
